Some noticable changes

My hair is showing growth. I can see it!!!!! Also, i am seeing the curls more and more. It looks good, i am happy. I think when it gets longer, it will look better. Still tiny curls but they will look alot better. That will be exciting! I think the growth is one track. A friend of mine who went natural like last February i think, she just straightened hers after almost a whole year and it was to her shoulders. We all know the length of my hair at 7 months, lol! So i need to make it past the 7 month mark for real this time. I am just ready to have long hair again. It will be a nightmare to do though, lol! Like now i can deep condition in the shower and the styling part takes a couple minutes. When it gets longer, i am gonna have to for real deep condition it to get it all. And i am going to have to part sections and all. 

I saw a process of how you shingle...it is a style alot of ppl use. I dont know, i need to see it on  different model. That one had really loose curls, i want to see it on someone with hair more like mine. 

That is about it....if my hair is like hers in the ear (october) i will be able to color it. I think i will just go to a salon and get it cut into a style (not a lot of cutting), just in layers, and then i will cut it. I meant to find photos to upload. i will do that. not of me this time, of styles i want to be able to do.

Mid-January

My hair is doing well. I have not started working out yet. The beginning of school was not the time to start. Actually it was the sleep issue, lol! I got that together now, so yeah. So I have not been washing all the time yet. But it looks good, I tried putting the moisturizer mix and gel on at the same time. It came out pretty good, and the hand thing is working out. Happy with it! It is itchy....let's hope it is growing!

Okay, with my hair being so short, and it being humid this week, I think I won't detangle for a little bit. The one day it was no humid out, it came out good still, but it keeps raining.....i think the weather got confused and said "oops, i forgot to make it rain in the rain season, let's catch back up". LOL!

I say that cuz yesterday, i didn't feel like detangling and i knew it was raining and it came out better, the curls were defined.

My issue is still that my curls are so small....like you know how people have like the big curls? Mine are so tiny, and when i try to finger curl using my hair, it looks like a knot of something. I remember when my hair was long after the first 7 months, that it was still small curls but bigger. So perhaps as it gets longer, they will just stick out better. I will see, I just wish i had the bigger looser curls. OH WELL! 

Update

Don't feel like doing a video and posting all.....and this is short.

So did the cowash half of the routine again yesterday. And it was okay....not quite as curly, i may have combed/detangled too much. I am gonna try not detangling next time.  

I have a huge issue with shrinkage sooooo that is a problem i am working with.

Also, i think i use to much moisturizier. I am gonna use less. I think i will apply it a little closer front to back but squeeze it less maybe.

My head is itchy.....but since i am doing the same stuff that helped it not itch, i guess it is growing! Ugh, ithat is what i hate about growing.....all the itching, lol! It does not itch bad yet, but enough. I think my hair grows faster when it is warmer out, sooooooo it may get bad in a few months....or if it decides to get warm again.

Also....school started this week. I am gonna try not to stress out and all. When i was stressed and down at the end of 08, nothing happened, but at the beginning of 08 when i was stressed my hair was falling out. Like I would wash it and there would be hair all over the tub, ewwwwwwww. So, yeah....let's not have that.

wig photos...

Finally got them all uploaded....took forever, but anywho so these are pictures with the same wig but this first set i pushed it back to look shorter.....excuse my expressions....i was on ichat while taking them, lol!

I think this is around the length it will be by the end of the year....but it will be cut into a bob so it will look a little fuller.









I took these on my phone, whick is why they are a tad blurry. But this is the full wig and maybe my hair will be this long.....sometime in 2010? 

Right here is where i VERY QUICKLY cut off the length to show it more bob like....my photoshop skills are way better than this but i did it in like 5 minutes (for all the photos not each lol).
